Learning Transformer represents a paradigm shift in educational content creation. Starting as a Go proof-of-concept, I architected and rebuilt the entire system in Rust for production-grade performance and reliability. The platform leverages GPT-4o-mini through advanced LLM orchestration to automatically transform unstructured HTML content into comprehensive learning materials including interactive slideshows, AI-generated podcasts, and adaptive quizzes. The system processes content through a sophisticated multi-modal pipeline, extracting key concepts, generating summaries, and creating engaging educational experiences. Currently scaled from a single institution POC to a multi-tenant SaaS platform serving multiple educational institutions.
